To help with your planning, on-site registration and badge pickup will begin June 26 at 3:30 pm, and the keynote session will begin at 5:45 pm. The meeting will conclude before noon on June 29. If you are flying to Madison, we recommend the 4 airports listed below as there are convenient options for ground transportation to the Discovery Building.

Taxis are located outside of Door #7, at the north end of baggage claim. If you wish to arrange pickup by Uber or Lyft, the rideshare stand is located outside Door #3.
- Chicago O’Hare International Airport (ORD)

You will find the Van Galder Bus pick-up location on the lower level (Arrivals) of International Terminal 5, outside door number 5E, along the outer curb. Present your ticket (paper or electronic) to the bus driver.

You will find the Van Galder Bus pick-up location outside Door 4 of the Bus Shuttle Center. Present your ticket (paper or electronic) to the bus driver.
Where to get dropped-off in Wisconsin
UW Campus/Downtown (Langdon Street). This is the last stop in Madison.

Round trip rate: $64To board the bus to Madison, follow signs from baggage claim toward the loading area for “Regional Buses” (lower level). Upon your return, the bus will drop-off passengers on the upper level at Departures.

Badger Bus

The Badger Bus picks-up and drops-off outside of Baggage Claim Door #2. Exit to the left and you will see the crosswalk. Proceed to the next island and you will be at the bus stop for Badger Bus.
