My research focuses on optimizing workflows for cryo-EM image processing. I contribute to the development of image analysis and reconstruction algorithms that are implemented in cisTEM (computational imaging system for transmission electron microscopy), an open-source software package for processing cryo-EM data. I enjoy working at the Morgridge Institute because I am able to tackle challenging research problems, collaborate with other lab groups, and welcomed by the supportive work environment.
